You will find a charming Tavern that has been serving Hoosiers since 1934. The tavern has been a fine dining establishment since 1998.

The rustic ambience is to be admired as loyal customers enjoy a meal that has been specially crafted in our scratch kitchen.

The chalkboard menu is small but boasts a lot of flavor featuring wild game pairings, exceptionally fresh seafood, smoked meats, and imported gourmet fixings.

Our talented staff members all work in unity to provide guests with a welcoming experience, superior hospitality, and comforting cuisine to assure you will be back for more!

We are seeking a candidate(s) to fulfill the positions of:

Prep/Line Cook - Some cooking experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Our ideal candidate will show an exceeding willingness to learn all the demands of the kitchen. 

Candidates must:

·      Be organized while completing daily tasks

·      Including stock rotation and inventory awareness

·      Ability to multi-task

·      Great communication skills

·      Team oriented

·      Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and guests

·      Willing to be crossed trained in all stations

Duties would include: 

-Preparing and stocking food for service and for the necessary stations

-Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment 

-Contributing to the planning/creation of menu items
